I was thinking "I'm sure I know what Isabella d'Este looks like... no, don't know that portrait... nor that one... Oh of course! The Leonardo sketch!" I wonder why he was so reluctant to come and do a painted portrait? Not a fan?

Short of Italian renaissance icons, so falling back on my namesake.
