Happy New Year, everyone, somewhat belatedly, but I'm snowed in (with my family), so to speak. Which made for a gorgeous first day of the new year today, which made for photos to demonstrate just why Bavaria has some of the most gorgeous landscapes around, and not just because of the skiing possibilities. Which we didn't explore today, we went for long walks instead.
