Detail from Fanny's tombstone:
Fanny's and Felix' parents Abraham and Lea, the first Mendelssohns to be buried at this graveyard (the Trinity Cemetary in Berlin):
Lastly, Felix' and Fanny's younger brother Paul and his family, also buried there:
ETA: when you check out Felix' death day and Fanny's birthday, you may notice both are in November and just a week apart, which is why Felix has flowers on his grave, I susppose. Fanny's son told a story that supposedly when Felix and Fanny saw each other for the last time during the Christmas holidays, she chided him for having missed her birthdays in recent years. Felix pomised her he would be with her at her next birthday, and since he died on November 4th and wanted to be buried next to her, and her birthday is November 14th, he kept his word.
