Tidbits before a big post

Whilst I'm compiling this year's big Easter Wells pic spam - the APs (both better, though my mother is still sneezing now and then) and I went yesterday, and brought back plenty of photos - a few things which have nothing to do with Easter:

1) Yesterday's poll results show the knights think Arthur takes Merlin along on various expeditions because not all of Camelot would be standing if he left him there alone unsupervised. Okay, I can see that. :)

2) April 1st pranks: my favourite radio one was the news that the EU subsidized holidays to Greece now in order to help the broke Greeks. What can I say, cheap European humour is cheap. Oh, and I loved what duncatra discovered, of high interest to Lost fans:

3) andraste has compiled a list of her favourite Doctor Who historicals. Some of her choices would also be mine, some of mine are missing, but it's a highly entertaining list, worth checking out!

Easter Wells 2010

If you're familiar with my ramblings, you know the Aged Parents and self always make a trip through the Franconian countryside around Easter, because we Franconians have a unique custom: decorating all the wells, and in some cases also the bridges, with hand-painted eggs and greenery. Even on cloudy days, it makes for a beautiful spectacle, and so I wish you a happy Easter weekend with the following pictures from Franconia:
