Having spent the day with [livejournal.com profile] wychwood (about which there shall be writing tomorrow or on Wednesday), I present a selection of the pictures the AP made in Scotland. As always, if anyone wants to use one for an icon, feel free. If anyone wants to make me an icon, feel freer.

I think that was near Glen Coe

Isn't it? If I were a Scottish writer, I'd want to live nearby, too.*g*

Oh, Scotland Scotland!

Only, in a happier if still somewhat wistful way.

Quite. BTW, his castle can be visited, too, but it was just on the other side of the country, so we couldn't go.

Yay, the haka!

I love Eilean Donan, the AP's favourite castle, too. All my pics are in albums though.

Ever since the AP discovered the digital camera, our albums ended up as computer files and the occasional print-out...

The New Zealanders were really the highlight of the show.

:-D I saw a haka at a funeral a couple of weeks ago and it sent shivers down my spine. It's an awesome (in the proper sense) thing to behold.

I also love to watch a waka (Maori canoe) on the water.
