Point. Given the fact that Adele got Singin' in the Rain, I'm pretty sure that the people in charge of the exit music were just told to stick with the "great movie music" theme and just assigned one classic score to each category without thinking of who might win. Which gave pretty great results all around, but probably not the way they intended. :P
